Be prepared...you may need to provide your last 2 pay check stubs and last years income tax returns, etc.

Then, find your Realtor of choice. Many people don't realize that the majority of Realtors are "part-time. Make sure your Realtor is working hard for you and not distracted by another job where they can't alert you to the newest homes on the market.

Also, make sure your working with a Realtor, not just a real estate agent. A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors and abides by a code of ethics to protect their clients best interests.
